Tyson C. Langhofer serves as senior counsel and director of the Center for Academic Freedom with Alliance Defending Freedom.
Langhofer represents students and faculty at public high schools and colleges in defending their First Amendment rights. Before joining ADF, Langhofer was a partner with Stinson LLP, where he worked as a commercial litigation attorney from 2000 until he joined ADF in 2015.
Langhofer is Peer Review Rated AV® Preeminent in Martindale-Hubbell. He is a sought-after speaker on legal and cultural issues. He regularly comments on free speech issues in television, radio, and print media.

Ben Langhofer

Ben served in the financial services sector for over 20 years working closely with clients with a focus on estate planning and retirement planning. In 2016 he founded Benjamin Advisory Group and became the regional director for Wealth TEAMS. He refocused his practice to work exclusively with pastors and clergy helping them navigate their retirement planning needs.
Ben has an incredible story of identity, genetic/chromosomal variation from birth, sterility, marriage, adoption, a spouse who left the marriage and subsequently single fatherhood all while running his financial planning practice. He has a unique perspective on identity because of his unique experiences in life. These experiences led Ben down multiple creative paths. His book Babytalk For Mommy is growing in popularity in Pregnancy Resource Centers around the country. Ben is best known for his work with Family Handbook where he led a team to create and develop the first ever online process for parents to identify and memorialize their "Cathedral" as Ben would call it.
