Helping families lead with clarity, purpose, and direction through personalized coaching.
Founder, Creed Culture | Family Coach
Ben is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, as well as a DISC behavioral consultant. He brings these proven leadership frameworks into the home — helping parents lead their families the way great leaders lead their teams.
Ben's coaching style is built around inspiring dads and moms to lead with purpose and intention. Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, he meets parents where they are and walks them through a practical process to define what their family stands for, where they're going, how they're going to get there, and how they treat each other along the way. His approach is warm, direct, and deeply personal — rooted in his own story.
Ben is a father of three — all adopted — who has navigated an extraordinary path through identity, genetic variation from birth, sterility, marriage, adoption, and single fatherhood. These experiences gave him a unique perspective on what it means to build a family on purpose, not by accident.

Founder, Family ID
Family ID was founded in 1997 by Greg and Rhonda Gunn. With a vision to address the growing challenges families face in today's world, they began leading families in their church through weekend experiences to write out their family vision and goals. Recognizing the need for so many families to clarify their identity and cultivate intentional relationships, Family ID was officially created and became a 501c3 non-profit organization in 2003.
Over the years we have focused on in-person workshops and training. Recently, we have given significant effort to include online resources, books, journals, and a completely free Family Assessment, similar to a personality test for the entire family. Since its founding over 25 years ago, Family ID has grown significantly, reaching families across the nation and beyond through online resources, in-person workshops, and partnerships with organizations that share our mission. Currently, Family ID employs a team of five, and helps thousands of families every month to build strong, purpose-driven families.
